🧼 Housekeeping:
At check-in, walk into a sparkling clean home with fresh linens, towels, and toiletries, courtesy of our professional cleaning team. While daily housekeeping isn’t provided, you can request a mid-stay cleaning for an additional fee for extra comfort.
🐾 Pet-Friendly Policy:
Bringing a furry friend? We’re thrilled to welcome up to 2 dogs (within insurance-approved breeds) for a $150 pet fee. Please keep pets leashed outside, crate them if left unattended, and clean up after them. 🐶
Pool Heating:
🏊 Want to enjoy a warm swim? Add pool heating to your reservation for just $35 per day. Please give us at least a week’s notice to set it up. Note that the heater must be on for the entire duration of your stay and will be invoiced separately. We don’t recommend using the pool during cold or rainy weather.
🛠️ Pool Maintenance:
Our pool is serviced weekly. After rain, you might notice some debris in the water—this is normal and will clear up quickly.
📦 Shipping Packages:
If you plan to ship items via Amazon, FedEx, or other carriers, please note that all packages will be delivered to the clubhouse, not to the house. This is outside of our control, and there is a mandatory $15 handling fee for all packages.
🍔 BBQ Usage:
Guests are responsible for refilling the BBQ propane tank for your grilling adventures!
🌪️ Travel Insurance:
ATTENTION! We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during Florida’s Hurricane Season (June 1 - November 30). Refunds will adhere to Airbnb’s cancellation policy at the time of booking.
